Because many of our items are made-to-order or produced in small batches, processing times may vary depending on the product and season. We promise we’re working hard to get your goodies headed your way as quickly as possible.

PROCESSING TIMES
Most orders are processed within 3–10 business days before shipment. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times vary based on carrier and destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once packages leave our hands and are scanned by the shipping carrier, delivery timing is unfortunately outside our control. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us if additional help is needed.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Mouthy Magnolia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

PREORDERS & SPECIAL ITEMS
Some collections or products may be marked as preorder items with longer turnaround times. Those estimated ship dates will always be listed on the product page.
