At Mouthy Magnolia, we want you to love your order almost as much as you love hiding in the pantry for five minutes of peace and quiet.Â
Because many of our products are made-to-order or produced in small batches, we ask that you please review sizing, colors, and product details carefully before placing your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We currently accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

- a description of the issue
- clear photos if applicable
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- incorrect sizing selections
- buyer’s remorse
- worn or washed items
- custom or personalized products
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as production often begins quickly after orders are placed.
